Jobsite Policies

This is a highly condensed version of our jobsite policies and is not all-inclusive. Common sense, as well as consideration of Integrity's very high standards should be used in any given situation.

  1. Site Cleanliness: Utmost care is to be given to the homeowner's property. Jobsite is to be left neat and clean every day.
  2. Drugs/Alcohol: The use of drugs and/or alcohol, or being under the influence, is strictly forbidden on any Integrity Remodeling jobsite. Use of illegal substances, on or off the job, is grounds for dismissal.
  3. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed at any time. Smoke breaks are to be taken off-site in smoker's vehicle.
  4. Profanity: Foul language and inappropriate conversation is never acceptable even in the absence of clients. It is discourteous to other workers, and it is unprofessional.
  5. Clothing: Employees will wear company shirts and hats. Shirts are to be worn at all times. Subs will wear their own company clothing or other Integrity-approved clothes.
  6. Restroom facilities: A portable facility will be provided in some cases. Otherwise, employees will take a break and drive to the nearest public facility. It is not acceptable to use the homeowner's facilities unless permission has been given. Never are employees or subs permitted to relieve themselves on or around the jobsite.
  7. Visitors: Guests may visit during breaks but may not enter an active jobsite. Guests must be invited onto a jobsite by Integrity and client.
  8. Telephone: Limit personal calls to break times. Scheduling, material ordering, and other business calls should be brief and to-the-point.
  9. Off-hour representation: Integritry employees will always conduct themselves legally and courteously while in company logo vehicles and clothing. Company representation is taken seriously.
